Laboratory Table Guide Page
DeltaBio's proudly offers two lines of Laboratory Tables, Trespa TopLab and Thermofused tables.
Trespa TopLab tables provide the perfect work surface for classrooms and laboratories. Similar to epoxy tables, they are acid and chemical resistant, but also stronger and ~50% lighter. TopLab tables are manufactured using revolutionary technology that combines chemical resistant resins and fibers that are bonded into a solid composite using high pressure and temperature. Our table surfaces are electron beam cured to produce a hard, long-lasting work surface ensuring outstanding acid, chemical moisture, and heat resistance.
Thermofused tables use heat and pressure to produce a permanent thermal bond between the melamine laminate and a 1” high-density substrate. This laminate increases the table’s resistance to chemicals, scratches, abrasions, stains, chipping, radiant heat, and steam. These tables have square corners and use 3mm PVC edge banding that will not chip or crack.
Our tables feature solid oak aprons and legs with a natural finish. Plain aprons are 4” high and are available with two book-compartments. The square legs are easily attached and are equipped with adjustable leveling glides and protective rubber boots. Tables are 30” or 36” high. Replacement tops are also available and come with a universal mounting kit and instructions for easy field installation.
